About IAG
Strategic Excellence forMission-Driven Organizations.
The Name
The Immortelle Legacy
The Immortelle tree, native to Trinidad, blooms in brilliant orange-red. It is known as the "Mother of the Forest" because it creates the protective conditions under which other life flourishes. It does not compete with the forest. It sustains it.
That is the model for how IAG works. We create the conditions for your mission to grow, reach more people, and endure. We bring world-class strategic expertise so that every organization we serve has a strong foundation for lasting impact.
Why IAG Exists
Established nonprofits doing serious community work deserve the same caliber of strategic support that Fortune 1000 companies receive. Most cannot access it because the firms that offer it are priced for corporations and structured for large engagements.
IAG was built to close that gap. Senior-level expertise, practical execution, and a genuine investment in your mission — at a price point that works for organizations with real budgets and real constraints.
Who We Serve
Established 501(c)(3) nonprofits with annual budgets between $250,000 and $1,500,000 in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia region.

How We Work
What you can expect from every engagement
Client-first, always.
Every engagement starts with your situation, not our methodology. We listen before we recommend, and we measure success by what changes for your organization, not by what we deliver.
No generic playbooks.
IAG does not sell templates. We build strategies from your specific context — your budget, your board, your community, and your moment. The work is custom by design.
Measurable, not theoretical.
Every recommendation comes with a way to track it. We believe that if you cannot measure whether something worked, you cannot learn from it and you cannot justify the investment to your board.
Honest about fit.
If IAG is not the right partner for your situation, we will tell you in the first conversation. We would rather lose an engagement than overpromise to an organization that trusts us with its mission.
Client Voices
"Kirt Morris brought a level of strategic marketing and technology expertise to CAFE that most nonprofits our size simply cannot access. From leading our 30th anniversary brand refresh to implementing new fundraising platforms and managing a concert campaign that exceeded $5,000 in ticket sales, his work has strengthened every aspect of how we communicate our mission and connect with our supporters."
Lorna Green
Founder and CEO, Cultural Academy for Excellence
"Kirt Morris has made a measurable difference in how CAFE operates and communicates. His brand, technology, and marketing work reflect a rare combination of corporate level expertise and genuine nonprofit understanding. The board is confident that his contributions have positioned CAFE for sustained growth."
